Chocolate brownies


Ingredients:
.50g (2oz) cocoa powder
.200g (7oz) flour
.250g (80oz) soft margarine
.300g (4oz) caster sugar
.4 eggs
.1 teaspoon vanilla essence
.50g (2oz) walnuts chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200º
2. Mix cocoa powder with the flour.
3. Cream the margarine with the sugar then beat the eggs and vanilla adding a little flour mixture with each addiction.
4. Fold in the remaining mixture and the nuts.
5. Spread the mixture into a grassed mold.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes the cake should be slightly under cooked but just firm in the center. Cool before slicing into bars.
