Ecological burger Grab burger



Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 tomato
• 2/3 letiuce leaves
• Burger bread
• 1 slice of emmental cheese
• 1 hambourger

Instructions

1. Slice the onion and the tomato
2. Grill the burger in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil
3. Add the onion and cook until brown
4. Prepare the bread with the tomato and letuice
5. Add the burger, the onion and the cheese
6. Season with ketchup/ mustard to one’s taste

Apple cake



Ingredients

- 3-4 large apples
- 2 tablespoon of sugar for the apples
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs.

Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- Core and peal the apples
- Chop them into uniform chunks
- Mix them with the 2 tbsp of sugar
In another bowl:
- Mix together: 2 cups of flor, 2 cups of sugar, 4 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of fine salt, 1 cup of vegetalbe oil and 4 large eggs. Stir together until batter just forms
- Stir in 3 cups of apples.
- Pour batter into a buttered cake pan.
- Bake for 65 minutes or until top is golden brown

Thanksgiving


Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Traditionally, it is a time to give thanks for the harvest and express gratitude in general. While perhaps religious in origin, Thanksgiving is now primarily identified as a secular holiday.


Today, Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada. Thanksgiving dinner is held on this day, usually as a gathering of family members and friends
